1. Data Controller

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, the Data Controller is:

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following data to provide you with the Aura application service:

• Payments Data: When you make a purchase within the app, purchase-related information (such as transaction history and purchase status) is processed through Apple's App Store and our payment infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, in order to validate your purchase and unlock app features. We do not collect or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information — these are handled directly and exclusively by Apple. RevenueCat may access anonymized purchase and transaction data associated with a randomly generated user identifier, which is not linked to your personal identity.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage our paywall. RevenueCat may process limited technical data to verify subscription status. Refer to RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Note on Data Storage: All generated data are stored entirely on your physical device.

We do not use any third-party advertising tracking SDKs.

4. Data Retention

We don't store your personal data. Since data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will remove all associated data.

5. Your Rights

Since Aura does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information, most of your usage data remains anonymous. However, under applicable law (including GDPR), you may still have rights regarding the limited data processed on your behalf (such as anonymized purchase records via RevenueCat and Apple's App Store):

• Access: You can request information about what anonymized purchase data is associated with your device by contacting us at achillesmobileapps@gmail.com.
• Erasure: You can request the deletion of any anonymized purchase records associated with your device identifier by contacting us at achillesmobileapps@gmail.com. Note that this does not affect your purchase record with Apple, which is managed independently through your Apple ID.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.

If you continue to use the application after the new Privacy Policy has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the application and delete it.

8. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications to support your Aura experience. Please note that the delivery of these notifications depends on your device settings, and you can enable or disable them at any time through your device's notification preferences.
